The Meadows Communities in Chenoa is holding its annual Easter Egg Hunt Saturday, April 7, beginning at 11 at the Pavilion just north of the nursing home.
Philanthropy and Volunteer Engagement Director Darla Health said this event isn’t just an Easter Egg Hunt, but a lunch, raffles and games, all while raising funds to benefit it’s Life Enrichment Program.
“There are a lot of fun things going on. We would invite people to come out for lunch from 11 to noon and there’s a donation fee for lunch. Last year we had a lot of families come out and enjoy that time together and we’re hoping for another beautiful sunny day because the Easter Bunny has been busy getting the eggs ready and getting them ready to hide for the kids. We’re also going to have, in order to raise money for the Life Enrichment Program, a raffle with the suggested donation of $3,” Heath said.
In case of inclement weather, the event will be held inside the River of Life Outreach, just north of the nursing home in Meadows.
