PONTIAC – The woman seeking the 16th Congressional District in this year’s midterm election will be visiting Pontiac next week to provide details on her platform.

Rockford native Sara Dady is hoping to gain the seat in the Illinois House of Representatives that oversees Illinois’ 16th district, a district currently held by Adam Kinzinger. Dady will be speaking at a We’re Here rally at Pontiac’s Historic Court House at the corner of Main Street and Madison Street.

Two Democratic candidates seeking to be elected to county board seats will also be there: Dan Hobart and John Bogucki. Hobart is running for election in Livingston County District 1, while Bogucki is in the race for the District 3 seat.
