Pontiac Township High School is preparing for the 48th annual Illinois Marching Band Championships—an event that will be the grand finale of the marching season for the Indians.

Around 42 high school marching bands from around Illinois will perform this Saturday at Memorial Stadium at the University of Illinois.

Their final tune-up before the competition will take place this Friday for the senior night football game.
