High School Football Playoff Schedule-

Class 3A:

#13 Dwight (6-3) at #4 Lisle (8-1)

WJEZ will carry the game beginning at 6:55 Friday night.

Class 4A:

#12 Herrin (7-2) at #5 Pontiac (8-1)

WJEZ will carry the game with the broadcast starting at 2:55 Saturday.

College Football-

The Fighting Illini take on the Maryland Terrapins Saturday.

MLB-

Boston Red Sox 4 Los Angeles Dodgers 2

Boston scored 3 runs in the 5th with 2 outs to get the win.  The Red Sox now have a 2 games to 0 lead in the World Series.  Game 3 is tomorrow in Los Angeles.

NBA-

Chicago Bulls 112 Charlotte Hornets 110

The Bulls won their first game of the season to improve to 1 & 3.

The two squads play again tonight.

NHL-

The Chicago Blackhawks host the New York Rangers tonight.
