Livingston County Moves to Phase 4

By Todd Wineburner

The Livingston County Health Department is reporting the county’s move into Phase 4 of COVID-19 mitigations. 28 other counties were included in the transition as well based on data collected on a number of factors. A complete overview of Phase 4 can be found at the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity website, but some of the key provisions include:

Parties of up to 10 people can now gather for indoor service at bars and restaurants.

Some indoor recreation facilities will be allowed to re-open.

Meetings and Social Events can include as many as 50 people and multiple groups can meet in a single facility provided they are socially distanced and in separate rooms.

More details on the change are available at the Livingston County Health Department website at LCHD.US.
