A reported stabbing in Cullom in Christmas Eve led to the discovery of a marijuana grow.
According to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Police, officers responded to the 200 block of West Jackson Street, where the victim was stabbed. The victim was transported to OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria where they are in Stable condition. This case remains under investigation.
During the investigation, officers located a marijuana grow in the 300 block of East Cleveland Street. Twenty-four cannabis plants were found, along with 471 grams of cannabis and miscellaneous grow equipment. Lonnie Dailey was arrested for manufacture or delivery of cannabis.
Agencies involved were the Livingston County Sheriff’s Police, Illinois State Police, Fairbury Police and the Livingston County Proactive Unit.
