The Livingston County Public Health Department holds wellness clinics on the first and third Wednesdays each month, but did you know you could host your own?

Health Education and Marketing Director Linda Rhodes said qualifying businesses could get a visit from nurses at the health department to conduct these wellness clinics on-site.

“What we would like is we’d like for our work site to have at least ten employees who would like to participate. Or if you don’t have ten employees, if you want to invite employees and their spouses or people from the neighboring businesses, that’s OK. We just need ten people at one site because it does take some doing to get the equipment and staff out to a worksite, so we can’t come out for just two or three people, but if you have ten or more, we could do that,” Rhodes said.
