For eight Tuesdays leading up to Giving Tuesday, the United Way of Livingston County and WJEZ visited restaurants across the county, teaching people about what the United Way does and how important it is to residents.

Executive Director Deb Howard said she feels it was a big success and looks to do it even better next year.

“We had a great time with the nine Tuesdays of Giving. Just going to all the different restaurants in all the different communities, meeting people and talking to people about the United Way and what the United Way does. We had a great time and we’re looking forward to doing it again next year,” Howard said.
