The Livingston County Historical Society is set to meet Tuesday evening at the Historic Livingston County Courthouse.
The group will be hearing from Lincoln Scholar, Guy Fraker.
“Mr. Fraker is a retired attorney from Bloomington. He’s a Lincoln scholar. His first book was ‘Looking for Lincoln in Illinois’ and it told about Lincoln’s travels in the eighth circuit in Illinois. His second book is a little different. It just came out this fall, so he’s just now getting around to telling people about it. This book is a little different. It talks about Lincoln and it’s a guide to Lincoln’s eighth judicial circuit and what he did was went around and went on the same trails and roads that Lincoln went on, so there’s pictures and information on being able to do that,” Sear said.
The meeting will begin in the board room on the second floor at 7 p.m.
