The New England Patriots scored two fourth-quarter touchdowns to overcome the Jacksonville Jaguars 24-20 in the AFC Championship Game Sunday, while the Philadelphia Eagles routed the Minnesota Vikings 38-7 in the NFC Championship Game. The Patriots-Eagles matchup serves as a rematch of the 2005 Super Bowl which new England won. The Super Bowl is set for Feb. 4 at Minneapolis.
