Two Pontiac individuals jailed for felony drug charges

Two Pontiac individuals were arrested for felony drug possession last Friday.

According to a press release from Livingston County Sheriff Tony Childress, after the Proactive Unit executed a search warrant in Pontiac, Cory Clay and Katrina Ridenour were arrested for possession of controlled substances. Seized during the search warrant included approximately 70 grams of purported Xanax, 16 doses of Suboxone, nearly 12 grams of purported bath salts, more controlled substance pills, over $400 cash and miscellaneous electronics.

Childress said Clay was also charged with several counts of delivery of controlled substances purported to be methamphetamine.

Assisting the Proactive Unit included the Dwight Drug Unit, Pontiac Police, Pontiac Tactical Team and the Livingston County State’s Attorney’s office.
