Two burglary suspects are now in custody after a home invasion in Chatsworth Wednesday.
According to a press release from Livingston County Sheriff Tony Childress, sheriff’s deputies responded to a home invasion in progress, where property was stolen and two victims in the residence received injuries.
The masked suspects entered the residence and were believed to be armed with a knife. Further investigation revealed Michael Mesaw of Chatsworth was one of the suspects and was taken into custody. The second suspect, Ethan Stone, also of Chatsworth, was located late Thursday evening and also taken into custody.
They were both charged with home invasion, a Class X felony, with additional charges pending.
Agencies involved were the Livingston County Sheriff’s Patrol, Detectives, Proactive Drug Unit and the Livingston County State’s Attorney’s office.
