Illinois State head men’s basketball coach Dan Muller has announced the signing of transfer Keith Fisher III. The San Jose State transfer comes to ISU with three years of eligibility remaining. He led San Jose State in rebounding and steals and finished second in scoring as a redshirt freshman.
