Real estate tax bills are on their way to Livingston County property owners.

Livingston County Treasurer Nikki Meier says a total of 25,926 tax bills were mailed. The estimated tax revenue to be collected on behalf of the 206 taxing bodies in the County is $70,637,454.22.

The first installment will be due on Friday, July 12, 2019 and the second installment will be due on Thursday, September 12, 2019. Payments may be made at most County banks, by mail or at the Treasurer’s office in the Historic Courthouse in Pontiac. A drop box is located next to the south entrance of the Courthouse for after-hours payments.
