The Flanagan-Cornell Falcons had their season opener against Lowpoint Washburn Saturday.

In the first game, Elise Kane had two singles, Regan Reed and Kaleigh White each had a single and an RBI. Devin Snow doubled and Hannah Dunahee and Faith Wiechman each singled.

Elise Kane took the loss, striking out nine and walking six.

In game two, Taylor Reed had a sacrifice bunt and RBI, while Kortney Harms had a singe.

Kortney Harms and Ashley Robinson combined for the loss. Harms had a strikeout and two walks and Robinson had two strikeouts and one walk.
