When Buck Casson took the Indian program over he wanted to get into the playoffs every year. Last night after beating Mahomet, he might of just did that. Pontiac football is all about the team, I guess you would say, it’s the ‘next man up’ theory. Pontiac beat Mahomet on the scoreboard 34-28, but the game meant more than that, it showed the Indians can play with anyone. Next team up is Bloomington Central Catholic, and this one is for all the marbles, winner of this one in my mind, wins the conference.
