Coach Martin wanted his Indians to play hard against Simeon, and they did.  Simeon with Division 1 athletes all over the floor, went on to beat Pontiac last night at the end.   Pontiac will play Niles West tongiht at 6:00p.m against my long time friend Coach Williams.   Other winners yesterday St Charles North, Plainfield North, Benet Academy, Curie, Oak Park, Aurora West, and Joliet West. 

On some side notes on the Tournament.   Woford and Dayton stopped in to recruit yesterday.   Scott Parzich one of the best big man in Lockport history, talked to us last night at halftime of the Indian game.   Scott played for the great Jimmy Valvano at NC State, and the legendary Bob Bassarcih at Lockport.   One thing I can tell you about Scott, he was better than good, his Lockport team was 33-0 in 1978, and he was recruited by everybody, and I do mean everybody.
