The Fairbury Woman’s Club is holding a blood drive at the Fairbury Baptist Church on Wednesday from noon to six.
Carol Ely, secretary for the club, has more about the event.
“Our club has sponsored this blood drive for over 57 years … Be sure to bring your blood card, if you have one, and a form of ID. If you don’t’ have a blood card and are a new donor, that’s even better. We need new donors. We do serve a lunch afterwards,” Ely said.
The First Baptist Church is located at 701 North 7th Street in Fairbury.
