It’s been a rough year for Chipotle. Harris Interactive just released the results of their annual survey on the most popular fast food places in the country, and Chipotle had a SERIOUS drop in the past 12 months.  A year of serious E. coli and salmonella contamination will do that. Chipotle went from being the most popular Mexican fast food chain last year to number FIVE this year, behind Moe’s Southwest Grill . . . Taco Bell . . . Qdoba . . . and Baja Fresh.

Here are the rest of the winners for 2016 . . .In-N-Out is the most popular burger chain-Chick-Fil-A is the top chicken place-Dunkin’ Donuts is the top coffee chain-Pizza Hut is number one for pizza and Subway is the top sandwich shop.
