Illinos Route 66 Scenic Byway recently announced the Selfies on 66 Grand Prize Winner.

Lenny Scinto from the Chicagoland area won the big prize with his picture of his car in front of the Route 66 Mural in downtown Pontiac. William Kelly, executive director of the Scenic Byway, explains the contest.

“One of the things about 66 is people like to document their experience on the most famous road in the world. So, we thought it was a natural to introduce the Selfies on 66 project. We’re very happy about the way the Selfies on 66 went, so we’re doing it again this year and I expect to continue it,” Kelly said.
