The seventh annual Greater Livingston County Economic Development Council Golf outing is happening Thursday at the Dwight Country Club with registration beginning at 8:30.

CEO Adam Dontz explained where proceeds from this fundraiser are going.

“The proceeds from the Greater Livingston County Economic Development Council’s golf outing go toward our Fundamentals of Modern Manufacturing program. This very successful six week, 100-hour training program with 38 graduates and they have been hired by employers, such as Sealig, Technical Metals, RR Donnelley and Nichols Homeshield,” Dontz said.
