The 13th annual Indian Showdown Band Competition is happening at Williamson Field Saturday, with a full lineup of bands scheduled.
Director Corey Brown was a guest on a recent Community Forum, where he described some of the things the judges will be looking at for this competition.
“In addition to music, every band comes prepared with a visual show, which involves every player. They will have certain sets they will show, could be a circle or some kind of interesting swirl, but it’s very interesting to the eye,” Brown said.
The Showdown is happening at 4:30 and tickets are available at the gate.
