Tourism numbers climbing for Pontiac
PONTIAC - This past week, 472 visitors were counted at the Route 66 Museum Complex and 791 people stopped at the Pontiac Oakland Automobile Museum.
According to Pontiac Tourism, visitors came from 18 states and 18 different countries, including: Australia, Czech Republic, Ireland, Poland, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

PONTIAC - The Country Financial Big Hitters Relay for Life team has announced the winner of the Mother’s Day gift certificate bouquet.
Mary Maurer of Strawn won the bouquet of gift certificates valued at $600, which includes money toward various restaurants and stores in the area.
